    Cancelling/Changing an Order

    We respect our customers rights to cancel an order - but because we work hard to give our customers speedy delivery, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If you do find that you need to cancel or change an order please complete the contact form on the Contact Us page and select Order Enquiry from the drop down selection and include your order number.

     

    Returns Policy

    You have a legal right to a 7 day 'cooling off' period and can return your goods at any time during that period without question. Please complete the contact form on the Contact Us page, selecting Order Enquiry from the drop down selection and include your order number. We will respond with a returns authorisation number.

    Returned items must be sent to us:

    • un-used
    • within the original packaging
    • including a copy of your invoice.

     

    On receipt we will refund the cost of the merchandise and original shipping/postal charges that you paid, but will not refund the return shipping/postal charge.


    Faulty Goods During First 30 Days
    If your purchase arrives and is faulty then you may return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us as by completeing the contact form on the Contact Us page and select Order Enquiry from the drop down selection and include your order number. We will respond with a faulty goods authorisation number. Please state clearly within the email whether you wish a replacement or full refund.


    When returning faulty goods and requesting a full refund please enclose a copy of your invoice together with the original packaging. We will reimburse the cost of the goods and the original postal/shipping charges. We will also reimburse you for return shipping/postal charges if you have followed the above faulty goods return process and sent the goods back using our nominated postal/shipping carrier.

    If you have nominated a replacement the procedure is the same as for faulty goods. We will of course bear the cost of re-sending a replacement to you.


    Faulty Goods Outside First 30 Days

    If your purchase develops a fault after 30 days, please complete the contact form on the Contact Us page and select Order Enquiry from the drop down selection and include your original Order Number. We will then authorise and arrange a return. At our discretion we will repair or replace them and will also refund the return shipping/postage of these goods if found faulty and provided you have followed the above faulty goods return process and used our nominated postal/shipping carrier


    If an item is returned that doesn't adhere to the above guidelines, or in our opinion is not faulty we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item(s).
