The Korkers brand was born over 50 years ago on the rugged and treacherous riverbanks of the Rogue River near Grants Pass, Oregon. Made by hand, using scrap rubber, nylon cord, and carbide spikes, Korkers were created in the basement of Korkers founder, Sherman Smith. The functional yet versatile design quickly grew as a favorite among fisherman who often found themselves slipping and/or falling on ice, snow and slippery river rock whilst fishing in winter. The solid robust construction of Korkers eventually gained a name for itself and buyers from industrial environments started to buy the product in addition to the loyal follwing of winter anglers and other winter enthusiasts.

Suitable for users who may be on their feet for long periods of time in harsh winter conditions. Due to the weight of Korkers Casttrax this product is not suitable for the elderley or infirm.
